I was always getting watering fast espresso shots with no crema. Barista ai fixed that in under 15minutes Though it initially said the beans might just have gone stale, I insisted they weren’t so it directed me to use a pressurised basket and now the crema is back. It should have came to that conclusion the first time but overall I’m pleased with the service. Karen

Coffee MachinesMy auto tamp and grind system kept failing and I was constantly getting inconsistent pucks. A 5minute chat with barista ai told me to check the tamp fan adjustment and sure enough it was missing the grub screw. Another tech that looked at it wanted to charge me hundreds to change the grinder out.

Coffee MachinesI couldn’t be happier, best $15 ever! I was so sick of wasting my beans and getting watery thin sour espresso. A quick class with barista ai and I now have a lovely golden pour that runs like the typical saying warm honey

Coffee MachinesFirst rosetta I've ever been proud of! Barista Chat walked me through steam pressure, pitcher position, everything. Worth every cent — cafe-quality pours from my kitchen.

Latte ArtWent from flat whites with no definition to pouring symmetrical tulips in a week. The AI knew exactly what I was doing wrong with my steam wand technique. Absolute game changer.

Milk TexturingBarista Chat helped me nail my latte art tulips on my Breville — never thought I'd pour this well at home! The tips on milk texture and temperature were spot on.

Latte ArtWas getting watery, sour coffee every morning from my Breville Barista Express — couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Barista AI helped me dial in my grind size and dose properly. Now I'm pulling cafe-quality espresso every day before work. Honestly can't believe the difference.

Coffee MachinesI couldn’t get water to extract from my machine. ChatGPT told me I needed a new water pump and to send my machine to a repair shop. I decided to take a chance and pay the $15 for Barista AI. He walked me through removing the machines in built strainer under the water tank. Sure enough a bit of debris had gotten in the water tank and clogged the strainer blocking water from the pump. After an hour I was pulling great shots again. This AI is completely different from generic AI chats like ChatGPT. Spark is well worth the small fee and saved me a fortune.

Coffee MachinesI couldn’t work out why my auto tamp wasn’t working properly, turns out the coffee was a bit dry and the puck was spinning in the basket before the fan could apply pressure. Barista AI ai gave me a simple fix, a quick wipe with a slightly damp cloth provided enough friction to get it working perfectly. Something so simple! A local technician wanted $200 just to come check it out so happy Barista AI saved me on that one.

Coffee MachinesI was constantly chasing good tasting black coffee but could never quite get there with my dark and medium roast. Barista AI helped me come to the realisation that sometimes medium and darker beans pair best with milk or stretching with a bit of extra water rather than trying to extract more liquid from the puck which resulted in bitter tastes. Best $15 I ever spent possibly saved myself well over $100 worth of beans by avoiding wastage using Barista AI ai instead of trying to dial in on my own

Coffee MachinesMy oracle touch was very inconsistent with shots. After a bit of back and fourth Barista AI directed me to check my Plastic water dispersion disk which is a known issue on these machines. Sure enough it was cracked. It then suggested a replacement from pesado 58 which is entirely stainless steel. I would have never found that issue, and was about to drop a bucket load of money on a new machine, so glad I paid the $15

Coffee MachinesAi was actually very cleaver and helped me dial in my shots, turns out I just needed to dose slightly more and leave grind settings alone
— Karen
Coffee MachinesAi was very clever with narrowing down the issue

espresso dial-in help — grind size, dose, yield, extraction time, tamping, milk texturing for Breville and DeLonghi home machinesUsed the AI chat a few times for small espresso machine questions and it's decent for basics. But when I had a persistent leak I couldn't figure out, I paid for the real tech session. He spotted straight away it was the OPV seal — something the AI kept going back and forth on. Real human expertise wins every time for the tough ones.

coffee-machinesI used the free AI chat first and it gave me a decent idea of what was going on with my coffee machine. But honestly, the paid consultation with the real barista expert was night and day. He knew exactly what model I had, what tools I'd need, and talked me through it like a mate in the shed. Can't recommend enough.

coffee-machinesAdvice was technically correct but I found the instructions a bit hard to follow as a total beginner. Could do with some photos or diagrams. Got there in the end though.

coffee-machinesHad an issue with my Breville not reaching temp. Barista AI walked me through the thermal fuse check and it turned out that was exactly the problem. Saved me a $300 callout fee!

coffee-machinesNeeded help dialling in a new single origin on my cafe's machine. Barista AI gave me extraction ratios and grind adjustments that nailed it within 3 shots. My regulars noticed the difference!

coffee-machinesTook about 2 hours to get a reply but the advice was spot on. My grinder burrs were worn and Barista AI helped me identify the exact replacement part I needed. Would use again.

coffee-machinesGood advice on my espresso machine grouphead leak. Only 4 stars because I had to send a few follow-up messages to get the full picture, but the end result was solid. Fixed it myself for under $15 in parts.
